CLAUDI BLANKESPOOR
Claudi Blankespoor, born on October 18, 1971 in Delft, declares to the police in Rijswijk on July 8 1999:
I remember that after the first sexual contact with Sa Wu, my ex-husband, he discovered that I was no longer a virgin. I did not think sex was strange at all.
Now I recall things bit by bit which I bring in connection with Gerard Blankespoor, my father.
Claudi Blankespoor goes on to say that her sister Maritza Blankespoor and brother Timo Blankespoor were regularly beaten by Gerard Blankespoor, with Maritza Blankespoor fighting back. Every time it was, Claudi Blankespoor says, a true showdown.
She knows things about her father Gerard Blankespoor that she wants to tell, but a lot is still in the dark and for the moment she does not recall everything yet.
On July 22 1999, Claudi Blankespoor gave an additional statement to the police in Rijswijk.
She remembers that one day at home she heard her father Gerard Blankespoor and her sister Maritza Blankespoor screaming and shouting.
This was in her room. She thinks things were already wrong back then.
At another moment she wanted to give a present to Timo Blankespoor who was sleeping upstairs. There she heard stumbling and banging.
She heard her father, Gerard Blankespoor, say that Timo Blankespoor had to be quiet otherwise someone might hear it.
” She knows things about her father that she wants to tell, but a lot is still in the dark and for the moment she does not recall everything yet; apparently no visualizations have yet been created by the RIAGG therapy, but audio is already available “
She then turned around and walked away.
Timo was not being punished, but now she thinks that entirely different things have happened.
She did not see what happened because the door was closed.
She knows that her father, Gerard Blankespoor, always came to her at night and that he would lie on top of her.
She can not remember what happened next, in her memory it is simply like a black hole.
If she can remember things of interest, she will tell the police about it at a later stage.
FACTS
– Claudi Blankespoor is under treatment of RIAGG (an institution for mental health problems) and apparently has not yet been manipulated so far with suggestive questions about sexual abuse, that she is able to create a total construction of what happened to her when she was a child.
In other words she has no recovered memories yet, which she is also not able to visualise, to really blame her father Gerard Blankespoor of sexual abuse.
In addition, she declares sex is not strange at all, but a little bit further in her statement she does not like sex at all, in fact, finds it terrible and always were pretending she liked it, in order to end it sooner.
Claudi was never lacking imagination. As a 6-year-old child, after school she suddenly fell down in the middle of the street as if she had fainted. By the time the ambulance arrived she jumped up and ran home, according to Gerard Blankespoor.
– Also remarkable is Claudi Blankespoor’s statement related to the use of violence within the family by her father, Gerard Blankespoor.
The victims Claudi is mentioning are her sister Maritza Blankespoor and brother Timo Blankspoor; both declare separately to the police that first of all they were never abused by their father Gerard Blankespoor and secondly that Gerard Blankespoor never has beat them.

Again, Claudi Blankespoor says, this is still like a black hole, things of which she does not remember much yet. In other words the therapist of RIAGG still has a task to fulfil to supplement this black hole with “delusions” that can be used for a declaration against Gerard Blankespoor.

As a result of the more than vivid imagination and delusions, as well as Claudi Blankespoor’s behavior, her brother and her sister broke with Claudi Blankespoor.

Also with this statement there is still work to be done for the therapist of Claudi Blankespoor.
After all, Claudi Blankespoor says suggestively enough, but she does not have a clear picture of this in her mind yet.
The construction of what would have happened to her has only just begun.
