JANE OOSTROM
Born on April 9 1952 in Wateringen and ex-wife of Gerard Blankespoor, states the following on June 9 1999 to the police in Rijswijk:
She has heard from Stina Splinter, the ex-wife of Fred Blankespoor, that Gerard Blankespoor would also have abused her daughter Claudi Blankespoor.
She had understood from Claudi that she is now in therapy to cope with everything.
During that therapy she received a remark from the therapist that things had happened in her youth.
Claudi herself thought of fornication by her father Gerard Blankespoor.
Jane further states that she does not know anything about what would have happened to Martijn Overduin.
She also states that she did not agree at all with the fact that addicts were taken in into her and Gerard Blankespoor’s home.
This, she says, has been a big mistake.
” Jane further states that she does not know anything about what would have happened to Martijn Overduin “
Jane goes on to say, that it was true that Gerard Blankespoor indeed had abused children, but she still can not recall events that indicate that Gerard Blankespoor indeed did do something with these children.
Furthermore, Jane is startled by what Martijn Overduin has told about what Gerard Blankespoor has done to her children.
Jane says she was too busy with other things and must have been blind for what happened within the family.
She understands, she says, that such stories do not come out of the blue, but hopes that they are not true.
She cannot remember anything that would indicate sexual abuse within her family.
FACTS
– Jane Oostrom, however, states on October 9 1998 to the police in Apeldoorn that Claudi Blankespoor is being treated by RIAGG and that her therapist asked her if her father might have committed incest.
Claudi, Jane says, can not remember anything about it.
In this case the psycho-therapeutic approach of the RIAGG also shows that the followers of Freud and consorts put forward pseudo-memories in order to construct a past that actually never existed (see also Crombag about recovered memories).
– Jane Oostrom conveniently forgets that everything that had to do with the care of addicts in her home has been extensively discussed in advance.
She too regarded it as a challenge and her duty to do so.
Jane Oostrom always had the tendency to distort reality if it suited her.
For example she wanted to abort her first child, Claudi Blankespoor, before her marriage with Gerard Blankespoor.
After three months of begging from Gerard Blankespoor’s side, she had already ended her relationship with Gerard Blankespoor, she decided not to do so, to marry him and to let the child come.
From Claudi being an accident and the lack of “love” for Gerard Blankespoor, it became a desired child, conceived and born in love.
Nothing can be far more from the truth, unfortunately!

When asked, Gerard Blankespoor also said, that looking back on his first marriage he should not have married Jane Oostrom.
A sense of responsibility for an unborn child on Gerard Blankespoor’s part has proved to be a much too narrow basis for a good and happy marriage; even though this marriage lasted for almost 25 years, minus one day.
– Jane Oostrom indicates that it is true that Gerard Blankespoor has abused children, but can not remember any incidents.
How contradictionary this is, which is also underlined by what she explains to the police on November 26, 1998, that Gerard Blankespoor was completely oversexed, watched porn movies among other things, and oh yes, he also slept in bed naked and worse, that she was happy that she had prevented Claudi Blankespoor’s daughter, Mei Yi, still a baby at that time, from lying next to that naked man in bed.
This is what Crombag literally calls “having a neurotic view of sexuality” among evangelical Christians.
In addition, it should be remembered that Gerard Blankespoor was resting that particular afternoon and did not want Claudi Blankespoor’s baby to be put in bed.
A little nuance in the memories of what actually took place.
Jane Oostrom is not afraid to portray Gerard Blankespoor as a dirty man much as possible.
Her revenge on Gerard Blankespoor must be sweet.

The result of Jane Oostrom’s selective memory and the distortion of reality is that her two children Maritza and Timo Blankespoor don’t want anything to do with her up till now.
– In Jane Oostrom’s statement on June 9, 1999 the police officers state that Jane Oostrom burst into tears after hearing what Gerard Blankespoor had done to her children.
The interview had to stop for 15 minutes.
This is quite remarkable behavior, as she had already heard about all of this on October 9, 1998 and again on November 26, 1998 and made statements about it as well.
This kind of hysterical behavior is typical for Jane Oostrom, who also told Maritza, Gerard Blankepoor’s daughter, on the phone while crying how awful it was that she had been abused by her father, to whom Maritza Blankespoor replied that she must not make a fool of herself because nothing had happened.
Another example of this ambivalent behavior is the fact that she stated on October 6 1998 that she did not leave Gerard Blankespoor in 1995 because he had a relationship with Ingrid Dijkkamp, but in the same statement she says she is very shocked and that her world collapsed when the extra-marital relationship became known to her.
The first part of that statement is correct, the second part is not.
After all, Jane Oostrom was extraordinarily extra-marital sexually active with other men than her husband.
This resulted in 1995 in Jane Oostrom’s departure together with her new friend, Rob Engels, an addict from rehabilitation center De Schakel, with whom she had a sexual relationship for months.
Nothing new, since she already had a sexual, long-term relationship with a married market vendor from the age of 15, and later in her marriage with Gerard Blankespoor she had many adulterous, short-lived relationships with a neighbor, a hairdresser, etc ..
