MARTIJN OVERDUIN
Martijn Christiaan Daniel Overduin, born on July 13 1978 in Apeldoorn, files false charges of sexual abuse on October 7 1998 in the period between January 1 1988 and 1989 by Gerard Blankespoor and others.
He was, according to his statement, pushed by Gerard Blankespoor to the attic, where he got a rope around his neck and was hung above the stairwell.
He was also raped several times by Gerard Blankespoor in the presence of his son Timo Blankespoor.
There were also orgies at Gerard Blankespoor’s house with several men who put a paper bag over his head.

According to her statement to the police, she would have certainly be aware of it since she was always at home when Martijn was visiting Timo.
– The actions that Martijn mentions in his report can not have been performed by Gerard Blankespoor as he stayed abroad on many of these dates, mostly in the USA, but also in France, Poland and Spain.
– The photos and film recordings mentioned by Martijn have never been found.

– The psychologist and regular expert PhD. H. J. G. Soppe states that Martijn signals a dual message of wanting to cooperate and constant arguments not to do so.

The whole story of Martijn Overduin contains too few details, too many contradictions, improbabilities, lack of clarity and impossibilities.
For Soppe these are strong reasonable grounds to believe that Martijn Overduin’s charges do not rely on actual experiences, but to images constructed during therapy; in other words in the filed charges by Martijn Overduin against Gerard Blankespoor it is NOT about factual abuse experiences.
MOTIVE
Martijn Overduin’s motive to file his false charges against Gerard Blankespoor lies in the fact that his father, Jan Pieter Overduin (see also the button Jan Pieter Overduin), had a bone to pick with Gerard Blankespoor because of a conflict in the Filadelfia church in Apeldoorn.
Jan Pieter Overduin used his psychically and emotionally weak son Martijn to achieve his goal.
